Which file formats do you support/provide?
We send an indexed color GIF and JPG for web pages, email messages and high resolution TIFF images for print media. If you need a specific format or image size, please ask.

What is your delivery time?
We usually deliver all logos within 7-14 days. This is not always possible but usually the time it takes for us to prepare concepts and for you to request changes. It is rare that we take longer than this. If you have not received your first design concepts within 7 days, please contact us.

How do you deliver my new logo?
All new logo orders are supplied in two sizes (Large and Small) and in three file formats; GIF, JPG and TIFF unless otherwise specified at time of ordering. Files will be put in a ZIP archive and will be stored on our server until you download. You can also send the link of your file to your local printshop so that they can download and print your statinery items easily. Also, see the design process.

Who owns Copyright of the logo?
You own all rights associated with your new logo. We may show your logo as a reference material unless you do not want us to do so.

Can you recreate my existing logo?
We can. The fee for revising an existing logo is the same as our regular fee. After the payment screen, please mention that you would like a revision instead of a new design. It would be great if you could send your current logo via email to us just after filling in the order forms.

Can the background of the logo be any other color than white?
Most certainly. You can tell us the HEX number or PANTONE code of the background color you want or at least give us a sample to match against, then we will provide the new logo with that exact color background. You can give us this information at the time of ordering.

How many concepts do I get?
The package includes 5 design concepts. You are free to choose one of these five concepts or request revisions. We will revise or design new concepts until you are completely satisfied.

How do I know that you will provide service after receiving the payment?
This is a very common fear amongst online shoppers. We have taken the trouble to worry about security. We use a 128bit encrypted gateway when taking your order details so the information you provide is transfered securely. We never see or store your credit card information. That is taken care of by our secure third party payment processor. It is a security measure that protects us, as well as protecting you. You can be confident that we are a safe place to shop. What type of information should I provide at the time of ordering?
After making the payment, you must click on the link on our ordering page which reads "Click here after making the payment" You will be taken to the "Project Description Page" where you will be asked to provide important details regarding your new design project.
